Who Moved My Cheese?

Change happens (they keep moving the cheese).
Anticipate change (get ready for the cheese to move).
Monitor change (smell the cheese often so you know when it's getting old).
Adapt to change quickly (the quicker you let go of old cheese, the sooner you can enjoy new cheese).
Change (move with the cheese).
Enjoy change (savour the adventure and enjoy the taste of new cheese).
Be ready to change quickly and enjoy it again and again (they keep moving the cheese).

Considering 'cheese' from the medical perspective :

Lab Researcher - discovers new and exciting types of cheese, but doesn't really know what to do with them.

Clinical Researcher - tries to find out whether new types of cheese are better than old ones. Might kill a few mice in the process.

Innovator pharmaceutical company - makes sure that you can always get the best cheese, but at a price.

Generic pharmaceutical company - tries to make cheaper versions of popular types of cheese, with varied levels of success.

GP - small-time cheese shop, with a very limited variety. Most mice buy from him, though.

EU - free cheese for everyone, provided you can wait a couple of months for it (you might starve to death in the process).

USA - anything even remotely connected to cheese is extremely expensive. Cheese vendors are terrified by the prospect of giving someone the wrong type of cheese.
